1. Ladies in our care are only looked after by ladies
2. Wherever possible we will only look after one service per day to allow us to be there for as long as families need us.
3. We are not sales people and will never offer you anything you do not require, no selling gimmicks or money off if you book in a certain time incentives.
4. You will deal with the same people from making the first call to us until the time after the service, no call centres or arrangers just us.
5. We will never approach care homes, hospitals, hospices to look for increased business, we believe it is the families individual choice and those places deal with patients care not funeral plans.
6. We are honest and transparent in our approach, our fees and services are clear and we are happy to give advice without any obligation to use our service.
7. We set up our funeral service to look after people and we treat everyone as if they are a member of our own family, with the utmost care and respect. We would never offer any product or service that we wouldn’t want for our own family.
