Hunmanby Funeral Home

Hunmanby Funeral Home was founded in 2016 by Darren and Alison Unsworth who live in Hunmanby, Darren lived and went to school in Filey as a young boy, he moved away later in life but was to return back to his home of Yorkshire where he worked for many years managing Woodlands Crematorium in Scarborough. Darren felt he wanted to do more for grieving families and that is when Unsworth Funeral Service was born.

In the Village of Hunmanby our funeral home is situated on Bridlington Road overlooking the fields and meadows. Working alongside his wife Alison, Darrens goal was always to look after families as we would look after our own family, that is the core of our business and is something that our small team embrace and do their utmost to achieve.

All ladies in our care are looked after by Alison.
